  • Oversee all aspects of the clinic operations
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Support clinicians to provide our patients individualized treatment and plans of care
  • Promote efficient service utilization and program development
  • Collaborate with digital marketing strategies
  • Foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community
  • Lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education
  • Provide mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical, Occupational, or Speech Language Pathology Therapy program with current licensure in the respective state.
  • 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Passion for leadership, mentoring others, and fostering success.
