As a Pediatric Clinic Director & Partner, you will help kids thrive while we assist you in growing your business. You will focus on your patients and families, while we handle the business side, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. This position is for a start-up outpatient pediatric clinic, and we are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community. Ivy Rehab is the largest national provider in outpatient pediatric therapy services with over 100+ locations across the country, and we invest in our teammate’s professional and clinical development.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the start-up of a new outpatient pediatric clinic.

• Recruit and build a dream team for the clinic.
• Engage in business development and patient engagement strategies.
• Participate in regional leadership training and mentorship programs.
