Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant License (Required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in various settings, including home health and skilled nursing facilities.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in care plans.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to ensure effective patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive therapy services in outpatient and acute care environments.
