As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide individualized and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-18. You will supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality treatment delivery, develop and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes. Services will be delivered in both clinical and community settings, including schools and other natural environments.
