As part of an interdisciplinary team, this position is responsible for providing evaluations, assessments and/or interventions using a behavioral approach, grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis, to optimize full access to care for patients in Hackensack Meridian Children's Health.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Special Education or related human services field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
- Demonstrated experience in the evaluation, development and management of treatment plans for children and adolescents with complex behavioral challenges.
- Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey.
