As a Behavior Technician , you will provide 1:1 play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children develop essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living. Through positive reinforcement and structured interventions , you’ll empower our “kiddos” to build independence and improve their quality of life. What You'll Do: Support Children Through Personalized Play Therapy – Use evidence-based ABA techniques to help children learn essential life skills. Promote Positive Behavioral Growth – Implement interventions to reduce challenging behaviors and create a structured, supportive learning environment. Track and Drive Progress – Collect behavioral data to measure success and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with Families – Work closely with parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies across home, school, and community settings. Bring Treatment Plans to Life – Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans with precision and care. Maintain Clear Communication – Regularly report progress to the supervising BCBA and collaborate on strategies for optimal outcomes.
