Job Summary The Audiologist provides complete diagnostic audiologic evaluations and implements appropriate treatment plans. Requirements

Minimum one year of clinical experience.
Doctorate degree in Audiology or Prior to January 1, 2008, hold a master’s degree or equivalent in audiology from an accredited educational institution.
Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others from all cultural linguistic and socioeconomic backgrounds in an empathic and confidential manner; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure and deadlines; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision.
California Audiology license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

Doctorate degree in Audiology.
Conversational fluency in sign language or a second language, particularly Spanish or Vietnamese.
California Dispensing Audiology license.

Responsibilities
