You will focus on your patients while we handle the business side, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

• Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in managing a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations of a start-up outpatient ABA clinic.
• Provide direct clinical services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab supports business operations.
• Participate in marketing and business development efforts.
• Recruit and build a team of qualified professionals.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with patients and their families to enhance service delivery.
