Visitation School is seeking a Peddler Store Manager / Purchasing Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the school store operations and support general purchasing operations. This role involves managing inventory, maintaining financial records, and facilitating merchandise marketing at school events. The position is part-time (80% FTE) and includes benefits eligibility such as tuition remission.

  • Manage all aspects of the school store operations, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • Keep accurate and complete financial records for the store.
  • Maintain an online store and facilitate a used uniform exchange program.
  • Market merchandise at various school events throughout the year.
  • Support general purchasing operations for administrative supplies, curricular needs, and office equipment.
  • Manage daily mail and package delivery processes of the school.
  • Previous experience in retail, purchasing, and/or inventory management.
  • Strong office skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Organizational skills to keep tasks on track.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising, marketing, and inventory management.
