Peach Stand Staff: Fischer & Wieser needs friendly faces who enjoy being outdoors and talking to customers to sell peaches at our Friendship Ln/Hwy 87 stand this summer. Stand partners will support the Fischer & Wieser experience through verbal interaction, customer service, and knowledge of products.
Requirements
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good computer aptitude
- Ability to remain flexible
- Typical retail store conditions to include long periods of standing, walking, reaching, and stooping, with occasional exposure to outside elements.
- Daily hours may range between 9am and 7pm
- High school students are encouraged to apply.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on F&W products
- Process customer sales through the POS system and pack the sold items for the customer
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain displays of fresh fruit and vegetables
- Stock product that has been delivered to Tha Stand in a timely manner
- Keep store neat and clean throughout store hours; perform daily cleaning checklist as assigned
