About The Position
Physical Education Teacher- St. Gerard Catholic School/Lansing, MI 2025-2026 St. Gerard Catholic School is accepting applications for a full-time physical education teacher. Start date is August 2026. Applicants must have a valid State of Michigan teaching certificate (elementary certified) as well as be able to provide an extensive background check and VIRTUS training, completed prior to hiring. This position works with students kindergarten through eighth grade. Successful candidates must be enthusiastic, hardworking, and possess strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff alike. The ideal applicant will be a teacher with a strong sense of classroom management, and strengths in maintaining student safety and fitness.
