About The Position

Multiquip is looking for a detail‑driven and proactive PE Planning Specialist to support and strengthen our planning, forecasting, and production coordination processes. This is a key role that ensures customer requirements flow smoothly into day‑to‑day operations, helping drive accuracy, efficiency, and cross‑team alignment. Requirements

  • Experience in planning, forecasting, production coordination, or operations support.
  • Strong understanding of workflow processes and cross‑departmental communication.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a willingness to improve processes and support cross‑functional goals.
  • Comfortable analyzing data, verifying order details, and supporting demand forecasting.
  • Ability to understand production workflows and planning requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in orders or planning inputs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Comfortable learning planning, forecasting, or ERP‑related systems and tools.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Cypress, CA Monday through Friday.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and adherence to process standards.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks requiring reaching or bending as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in equipment, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer requirements into clear daily planning priorities to support production and operational success.
  • Verify sales order demand and ensure all incoming orders are accurate and aligned with planning needs.
  • Model and analyze demand forecasts to help the team anticipate future workload and resource needs.
  • Support the success of production order initiatives by improving planning controls, accuracy, and workflow clarity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Planning to streamline processes and enhance communication across teams.
  • Help build and refine new planning processes as business needs grow and evolve.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and planning updates to support smooth operations.
