Requirements

Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
Experience and comfort with training and/or large group class-room facilitation, delivery and techniques
Proficiency in Spend app and ability to learn system functionality quickly
Proficiency in AdaptiveWork (or ability to become proficient in AdaptiveWork within 30 days of being hired)
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team environment and independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
Flexibility with work hours to support training globall

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction management or real estate preferred

Responsibilities

Develop a training roadmap and materials for regularly scheduled PDS trainings globally.
Create a new hire training program and deliver it on a regular schedule.
Update the PDS Playbook as necessary.
Become an expert in the Project Management process and tools.
Keep training materials current based on changes to processes and systems.
Lead the development and execution of PM training programs (e.g., Open Office Hours, Working Wednesdays, etc.).
Assist and/or drive other PMO L&D initiatives as needed (e.g., PDS Template site, technology migrations, etc.).
