About The Position

Citibank, N.A. seeks a PDS Business Execution (Business Associate) for its New York, New York location. The role involves conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, conducting work simplification and measurement studies, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. The associate will advise leadership on treasury and trade solutions involving business reviews, external client pitches for transaction banking products, analyzing Profit and Loss statements and other performance metrics. Responsibilities also include performing pricing analysis based on interest rate dynamics and other macroeconomic factors, creating internal briefing materials for executive discussion forums, managing budget for Platforms and Data Services' expense base, headcount, and technology budget, and performing financial analysis. The associate will manage databases relating to financial reports, regulatory reports, global human resource maps, organizational charts, and technology budget, and will use Excel to create quantitative models to evaluate investment decisions, historical financial analysis, and forecasting. Additionally, the role requires creating and communicating business strategy and overseeing execution of key investment initiatives, preparing analytics and financial reports to drive key decisions for leadership, and assessing Profit and Loss statements of the business to evaluate financial condition and inform leadership of performance and progress towards targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Program Analyst or related position.
• Experience in treasury and trade solutions advisory for the banking industry.
• Experience with transaction banking platforms, products and services.
• Experience in financial analysis, competitive position benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
• Experience in budget management and quantitative modeling.
• Experience in financial forecasting and business performance assessments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in data analysis, corporate strategy, and macroeconomics.
• Experience in database management and client account management.
• Experience in sales and pitching, and client transaction and behavior analysis.
