The program targets high-performing recent graduates—primarily Finance majors—with a strong interest in credit analysis, relationship management, and socially impactful finance. 🎯 Program Objectives : Comprehensive training in credit analysis and risk management Exposure to banking products, financial services, and capital markets Hands-on experience with cooperative lending practices Personalized development plans, regular feedback, and mentorship Opportunities for career placement in specialized departments post-completion 🔄 Program Structure : 12-month rotational program with quarterly department changes Core rotations may include: Capital Markets Underwriting Finance/Accounting/Treasury Loan Operations Formal classroom training and real-world deal exposure Potential travel for client due diligence and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance required
• Minimum GPA 3.0 required
• Must be analytical, have sharp attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
