About The Position

Manage PDK change processes across design, integration, modeling, design rules, and CAD Develop and run PDK verification and benchmarking flows Drive issue resolution with cross‑functional partners Plan and schedule PDK releases and development milestones Review, handle, and disposition ongoing PDK change requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years semiconductor industry experience, ideally in DTCO or related areas
• Knowledge of semiconductor technology, device physics, compact modeling, design rules, and CAD
• Experience with StarRC, Finesim, and Calibre
• Programming skills in Python and Bash

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience leading PDK development or verification workflows
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments
