About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next PDI Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Mid Rivers KIA, the PDI Technician ensures new vehicles are fully inspected, serviced and ready for customer delivery, performing mechanical, cosmetic, and functional checks. Requirements

  • PDI Technician experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Nice To Haves

  • KIA/Nissan/Hyundai experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
  • Checking and topping off fluids 
  • Inspecting for shipping damage
  • Testing mechanical and electrical systems
  • Installing optional or standard equipment, accessories and performing minor repairs or adjustments
  • Washing, polishing and preparing the vehicle for presentation to the customer
  • Maintains an organized work area
  • Other duties as assigned by management
