Watch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders. 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Overtime as business needs require 1st Shift Starting Pay: $18.00/hour JOB PURPOSE: Under general supervision, performs the material handling and warehouse functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of prime product at BCP facilities. Typically reports to a supervisor. JOB DUTIES: Operating Compact Track Loaders (CTLs) Moves and stores prime product from production line to storage Ability to safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center Must be able to work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instruction Ability to follow and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documents Ability to train others in Standard Work Follows documented procedures standard work, as defined in a variety of source documents to move machines to correct locations Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition Ability to safely move prime product into confined areas and secure for transportation Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes Must be able to work in tight spaces Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes

Some experience operating heavy machinery, preferably CTL

Responsibilities

Operating Compact Track Loaders (CTLs)
