About The Position

The PDC Lead at Clorox is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the PDC department, focusing on staffing, cost management, and resource planning. This role is integral to the department's improvement plans and aligns with the corporate IGNITE strategy, ensuring effective learning event processes and standard work trainings are completed.

Requirements

• Fully qualified forklift operator.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/AOP functions.
• Basic knowledge of white wood and CHEP pallet operations.
• Basic staffing capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of dunnage operation.
• Ability to assist in observations/qualifications of PDC operators.
• Basic understanding of DC operations Dashboard.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the PDC department.
• Assist in staffing, cost management, and resource planning under the guidance of the PDC manager.
• Understand and contribute to department improvement plans and the corporate IGNITE strategy.
• Support learning event processes such as HOP, RFIs, and CIFs as needed.
• Complete standard work trainings including abnormalities, visual controls, workplace organization, and continuous improvement mindset.
