As an R&D Program Manager in Pelvic Health operating unit, you will lead new product development programs that deliver life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. You’ll partner across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to bring innovative solutions from concept to market. In this role, you will manage end-to-end program execution for new and existing products, ensuring alignment to timelines, budgets, and business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive decision-making, and proactively resolve challenges to keep programs on track. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Manages one or more small-scale, developed or mature programs with well-defined program plans and delivery methodologies. Leads or leverages cross functional teams to manage one or more projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products and therapies. Provides input to establishing program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets. Oversee and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management, the development functional teams, and functional management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to keep projects on track. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving Communicate with stakeholders, obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products will solve the business problems. Communicates and leads meetings with internal and external customers and vendors, conducts briefings to higher level management team. Solves issues through information exchange, influence and active persuasion without direct exercise of command to gain cooperation of other parties on program execution plans. Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team of professionals and/or vendors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
