PCU Stepdown RN Travel and Local contracts Phoenix, AZ
About The Position
This role provides direct clinical patient care with Tenet's in-house contingent Pool, Trusted Resource Associates. Work directly with Tenet on a Travel Contract, Local Contract or PRN. With this in-house assignment you will be part of the contingent workforce pool, yet, a W-2 Tenet employee direct with Tenet's health system providing you with preferred contracts and contract security. TRA RN PCU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS
- Must have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one-year current experience in Tele or PCU
- Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- 2 years of current experience in their specialty.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 2 years of current experience in Acute Care and one year current in Cath Lab
