Youll care for high-acuity patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or those requiring close observation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy complexity, collaboration, and constant growth.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required)
• 1+ year of recent acute care PCU experience
• ER or 3+ years of acute Med-Surg also considered (must be recent)
• BLS within 30 days of start
• ACLS within 60 days of start
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition upon admission and throughout each shift
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Document care accurately and promptly in the medical record
• Perform provider-ordered procedures and interventions
• Serve as a patient advocate to ensure a compassionate, high-quality care experience
• Stay current on medications, equipment, and procedures related to cardiac and medical-surgical care

Benefits

• Hourly Pay Based on Experience: $26.40$27.72 (01 YOE) $34.32 (78 YOE) Max $39.60 (15+ years of experience)
• Night Shift Differential: +$4/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
