About The Position
PCU Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Nights (7P–7A) – Hermitage, TN Area Base Pay: $34.24 – $45.75/hour (depending on experience) Shift Differential: +$3.75/hour (Nights) | +$6.00/hour (Weekends) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (if 50+ miles from the facility) An established acute care hospital in the Hermitage, TN area is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for its Progressive Care Unit (PCU) . This is a full-time night shift position with rotating weekends (2 per month, Friday–Sunday). Requirements
- Active RN license (Tennessee or Compact)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current BLS (or obtain within 30 days of start)
- ACLS and NIHSS Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire
- Previous Charge Nurse or Clinical Coordinator experience is required
