Come join our largest Internal Medicine Clinic offering primary care for patients with chronic diseases, group wellness visits, home based primary care, and some outreach care. Seeking a reliable individual who is flexible, has a team approach to collaborate with the nursing team and providers, and is interested in learning new things. This position will work Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm based on the provider's schedule as you would be paired to work 1 on 1 with a specific provider. $2,500 Sign on Bonus available for Qualified Candidates! Summary The Patient Care Technician (PCT) performs basic patient care services and supports activities within ambulatory services. Patient Care Technicians are multi-skilled to provide expanded services under the direct supervision of a licensed clinical professional. Requirements
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of six months’ experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical equipment/supplies preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
- If working in North Dakota (ND) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be registered as a Nursing Assistant (NA) through the North Dakota Department of Health within four months from the date of initial employment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinic setting preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
