About The Position

The PCT Operator is responsible for performing daily activities of the PCT production operation of the assigned shift. This includes ensuring the quality and quantity of the product, the efficiency of the equipment, and maintaining a safe, neat, and clean work area. Duties may include extruding the tread, curing the tread, trimming/visual inspection of tread, and buffing/packaging of tread. The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED recommended.
• 0-1 year of manufacturing experience needed.
• Applicants without a High School Diploma or GED must complete In-House Competency Test.
