About The Position

This opportunity is full-time at 36 hours per week, offers full benefits and a night shift schedule. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and have working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Completion of formal training program for Certified Nursing Assistants; possesses state CNA Certification.
• As of 8/1/2013, job requires a C.N.A. license in the state of Florida.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Possesses good communication skills in order to relate to customers.
• Must be able to perform EKG’s.
• Computer skills, order entry and ADT function.

Responsibilities

• Performs various customer care activities and related services in the patient care area including monitoring and interpreting cardiac telemetry rhythm strips.
• Receptionist and secretarial duties.
• Patient care tasks.
• Must be willing to cross train and float to meet the needs of the facility.
