About The Position
Under general supervision, perform a variety complex wiring per wire run lists found on wiring diagrams. Apply wire harnesses to product Remove and add accessory wiring per the wiring diagram and wire run list. Communicate problems with the wiring diagram, outline drawing and/or product with supervision and Engineering Inspect work by lamping out wires added Assure quality of connections and document all work produced Ensure all tools being used are properly calibrated Follow standard procedures for wiring Participate in monthly quality feedback meetings.
Requirements
- Willing and able to work in accordance with Lean methods and practices
- Willing to participate in continual training and willing to assist in the training of other employees
- High School Graduate or equivalent related experience
- Understand proper crimping and stripping methods
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, wire run lists, bills of material and shop orders
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
