About The Position
The PCR Analyst will be responsible for performing routine testing support and supporting projects. This includes qPCR testing with samples that have a 7-hour turnaround time, in process testing on raw materials, and finished product testing. The role involves an all-hands-on-team effort to ensure timely sample processing. The analyst will also be involved in contaminant monitoring, positive control environmental monitoring, instrument calibration and maintenance, inventory, and reagent preparations. Additionally, the analyst will be trained on validation tasks, software programming, and method drafting.
