The PCMS Implementer is a crucial role within MISTRAS Group, Inc., responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity within the Plant Condition Management System (PCMS) software. The primary duties include accurately entering and updating data in the PCMS software, as well as developing and running reports that utilize this data to support operational decision-making. As a PCMS Level I Implementer, candidates are expected to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred. A minimum of two years of database experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. For those applying for the PCMS Level II Implementer position, a higher level of experience is required, including at least five years of database experience and extensive knowledge of PCMS, UPIPE, or another Integrated Data Management System (IDMS). Candidates should also possess strong skills in Microsoft Office applications and have a solid understanding of technical documentation related to equipment design and inspection processes. The role also includes essential physical functions, such as the ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently, which is necessary for handling equipment and materials related to the job.
