Department: School of Public Affairs Time Type: Part time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Description: Summary: The Dialogue Facilitator is an undergraduate student worker who is trained in dialogue facilitation and assists in PCD-affiliated courses. After a training workshop, dialogue facilitators receive extensive feedback through session debriefs following each session. The facilitator’s purpose is to spark dialogue among participants. Student affiliates work with the Project on Civic Dialogue to support our affiliated courses and events and provide students with interactive learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Completion of the relevant course.

Responsibilities

• Creating and leading discussion sessions.
• Designing interactive learning opportunities such as moot court case records, fact patterns, and dialogue exercises.
• Support for interactive learning exercises.
• Event planning and execution.
• Other duties assigned.
