About The Position

The PCCD Reviewer is responsible for post-close review of all Closing Disclosures (CD’s) and validating all charges against Title Company charges and disbursement as well as actual recording fees as shown on the recorded document and sending a corrected CD to the borrower within 60 days of the closing date.

Responsibilities

Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
Review recorded documents and compare to the CD for discrepancies.
If a discrepancy is found, update the CD in the Loan Origination System, generate a new CD and send to the borrower.
Obtain copies of recorded documents from the county when needed.
Obtain the Final Settlement Statement from title when needed.
Obtain the disbursement date from the title when needed.
Request checks for refunds as needed in conjunction with the PCCD.
