About The Position

The purpose of this position is to provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, to make and serve coffee drinks made to specific recipes and requests.

Requirements

• The person in this position should have a high school diploma.
• The person in this position should have retail experience and knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting every guest that comes in
• Operating the Point of Sale (POS)/register properly
• Handling different methods of payment
• Learning and implementing all drink recipes
• Actively completing all side tasks/necessary cleaning tasks to keep the shop clean and sanitary at all times
• Stocking/restocking items in the shop
• Maintain organized and professional appearance in all areas at all times
• Work with constituents of Pioneer and the seminary including faculty, staff, students, alumni and guests on a daily basis.
• Must be professional and accommodating within the established guidelines.
• This will require self-confidence, respect and knowledge while working with customers
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
