About The Position
The Patient Care Coordinator at Brident Dental & Orthodontics serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and comprehensive support throughout their visit. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and fostering a nurturing environment that encourages patient retention. The Coordinator will be responsible for greeting patients, introducing them to the office and staff, and coordinating treatment services. A strong emphasis is placed on providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with patients. The Coordinator will also engage in consultations, discussing treatment options, costs, insurance coverage, and payment plans with patients. The ultimate goal is to deliver the Ultimate Patient Experience, making every patient feel valued and comfortable during their visit. In addition to direct patient interaction, the Patient Care Coordinator will support strategic local marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness and attracting new patients. This role requires a proactive approach to follow-up communications, ensuring that patients are informed about new or alternative treatments and maintaining ongoing relationships. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the team to ensure that every customer receives the best service possible, contributing to a positive and efficient office environment.
