About The Position
Overview Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Patient Connection Associate IV is responsible for scheduling complex, and specialized procedures (i.e. Surgery, IR, Recurring services) and coordinating multiple resources for patient services. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 3 years of related customer facing healthcare experience with at least one year scheduling or preregistering patients Required
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling OR preregistering patients within basic services Preferred
