The PCBA Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the assemble of electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to work instructions and quality standards. Key duties include operating machines, performing quality inspections, completing necessary documentation and machine maintenance. This is for 1st Shift 8:00-4:30

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with other employees

Nice To Haves

  • 1-year Machine Operator experience preferred
  • 1-year Electronic Manufacturing background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate various machines according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Clean solder pots and perform daily maintenance.
  • Perform non-machine related tasks as necessary.
  • Provide feedback to management, engineering, inspectors or operators when production issues arise.
  • Complete all documentation pertaining to the process daily outputs.
  • Perform inspections related to the process operation.
  • Update Teams goal logs daily.
  • Read, interpret and follow instructions and/or procedures
  • Perform visual inspection of printed circuit boards for specified defects
  • Perform required machine maintenance or cleaning
