About The Position

You will be a Printed Wiring Board (PWB) Designer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), responsible for designing high-density, high-reliability, high-speed surface mount PWBs. Our team is looking for a talented PWB designer with experience in Siemens Xpedition to join our team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of PWB layout design and fabrication
• PCB layout experience in both PWB and Rigid-Flex Design
• Understanding of IPC-2221 Design Standard
• Experience in Mentor Graphics Xpedition and Cadence allegro PCB Layout software
• Ability to obtain secret clearance

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Hyperlynx PWB expertise is a plus
• Symbol generation under Mentor Graphics Xpedition is a plus
• RF PCB layout design prior experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Designing high-density, high-reliability, high-speed surface mount PWBs
• Creating PWB layouts using Siemens Xpedition
• Ensuring compliance with Lockheed Martin MFC design processes and IPC-2221 design standards
• Creating artwork for fabrication
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure that the PWBs meet the requirements of the project
• Ensuring PWB Producibility
