We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to deliver essential support and meaningful companionship to clients in the comfort of their homes. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference by assisting with personal care, completing light household tasks, and providing valuable social interaction that enhances each client’s overall quality of life.

Requirements

  • A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle (preferred).
  • Ability to follow a written Care Plan and document daily activities.
  • Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.
  • A strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
  • Provide medication reminders as directed.
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a tidy environment.
  • Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, and medical appointments. and social outings.
  • Offer meaningful companionship, engaging clients in conversation, reading, and recreational activities.
  • Monitor the home environment for fall risks and assist with safe transfers (e.g., from bed to chair).
  • Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or office staff.
  • Follow individualized care plans accurately and efficiently.
