About The Position

PCA to CNA Sponsorship Program Contingent to a guaranteed Full Time Opportunities 8 hour shifts (Must be available to attend the class and have reliable transportation) Includes holiday and weekend rotation. We are looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with residents and have the desire to advance their skill set. A CNA will focus on performing care to our residents throughout the Care Center. The ideal candidate must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Must also have patience, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm. Drug Free Workplace/ E.O.E./Veterans/Disabled and other protected category

Requirements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights
• Must be available to attend the class schedule and meet the training program criteria
• Must be available to attend class as assigned and agreed upon - Limited Spots Available
• Must commit to a Full-time position for one year upon completion of the program.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
• Must have excellent attendance and work history

Nice To Haves

• First aid and CPR certification, preferred; or obtain with 60 days of hire
