Piper Trail, a Lutheran Life Villages active adult community, is seeking a compassionate, reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) who is dedicated to supporting members in maintaining independence, comfort, and connection. If you enjoy helping others, building relationships, and making every day a little brighter for the people you serve, this role is for you! Part-time position (20 hours per week), working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30am to 3:30pm/4:00pm. As a PCA at Piper Trail, you’ll provide a blend of personal care, household support, and engaging companionship. You’ll follow individualized service plans, communicate regularly with the Member Services Manager, and report any changes in a member’s condition or service needs.   • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Reliable vehicle, cell phone, and internet access required
  • Experience in home care, human services, or supporting active seniors preferred
