About The Position

Blossom Home Care is seeking reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Requirements

• Previous experience as a PCA & HHA or similar role is a must
• Familiarity with providing care for clients with dementia or memory care needs is beneficial
• Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for clients

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting equipment if required
• Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or memory care needs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
