Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a part time PCA to join our Montevideo team. This position is located in Montevideo, MN. This position is for weekends only. Requirements

• Qualified applicants need reliable transportation and are comfortable visiting clients in their home.

Responsibilities

• Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
• Provide Personal Care Services to clients.
• Building relationships with your clients, and reporting any health concerns to the Nurse Case Manager.
