About The Position
Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a Personal Care Assistant to provide support services to assist clients with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs. The position involves providing services to persons who need help with day-to-day activities, including health care tasks, personal hygiene services, and other related support services essential to the client's health. The role also includes assisting with transfers and ambulation, performing incidental household services that are an integral part of a personal care plan, and providing companionship by reading, listening, and talking with clients.
