We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Homemakers (HM) to join our growing team. Job Openings: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description: As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide essential in-home care to clients, assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, nutrition, and environmental support services as outlined in their care plan. The Home Health Aide (HHA) plays a crucial role in providing hands-on care and support to clients in their homes. As a Homemaker, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients in their homes. Your work will make a direct impact on the lives of those in need, allowing them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and assist with transferring clients up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, bending, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling.
  • Pass DHS Criminal Background check and TB Skin Test.
  • Must have a drivers license
  • Must have reliable transportation & valid car insurance
  • Experience in a caregiving role preferred.
  • Must be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to helping clients maintain their quality of life.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage household tasks efficiently.
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor with a desire to improve the lives of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Providing personal care and designated health-related services.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of clients, health care personnel, and documentation.
  • Reporting changes in client conditions and needs to the supervising health care professional.
  • Assisting with mobility, turning, positioning, and using special equipment.
  • Observing and accurately recording client status and tasks, ensuring timely documentation.
  • Assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Monitoring and documenting client health and progress.
  • Supporting clients with exercises, mobility, and other health-related activities.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks that support the client’s well-being.
  • Building positive relationships with clients to provide compassionate and respectful care.
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and meal preparation.
  • Running errands, including grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions.
  • Assisting clients with daily routines to ensure a comfortable and supportive living environment.
  • Reporting any concerns or changes in the client’s condition to the supervising care team.
