About The Position

All HomeCaring Minnesota Inc. is a Medicare-certified home care agency that proudly serves the Minneapolis/St. Paul 11-County Metro Area and Saint Cloud. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Homemakers (HM) to join our growing team. Your work will make a direct impact on the lives of those in need, allowing them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and assist with transferring clients up to 80 lbs.
Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, bending, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling.
Pass DHS Criminal Background check and TB Skin Test.
Must have a drivers license.
Must have reliable transportation & valid car insurance.
Must be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to helping clients maintain their quality of life.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage household tasks efficiently.
Compassionate and caring demeanor with a desire to improve the lives of clients.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a caregiving role preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervising and assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Providing personal care and designated health-related services.
Maintaining confidentiality of clients, health care personnel, and documentation.
Reporting changes in client conditions and needs to the supervising health care professional.
Assisting with mobility, turning, positioning, and using special equipment.
Observing and accurately recording client status and tasks, ensuring timely documentation.
Assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
Monitoring and documenting client health and progress.
Supporting clients with exercises, mobility, and other health-related activities.
Assisting with light housekeeping tasks that support the client’s well-being.
Building positive relationships with clients to provide compassionate and respectful care.
Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and meal preparation.
Running errands, including grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions.
Assisting clients with daily routines to ensure a comfortable and supportive living environment.
Reporting any concerns or changes in the client’s condition to the supervising care team.
