Requirements
- Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification in Virginia
- CPR certification
- Recent TB test (within the last 12 months)
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle to provide transportation for clients
- Passion for helping others and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
- Promote a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
