About The Position

Our Personal Care Aides are at the heart of this mission, helping residents live comfortably, safely and with dignity. We are hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team. PCAs provide daily support to the residents with activities of daily living, companionship, and assistance that help them maintain independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – training is provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility and assist with meals.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to nursing team.
