About The Position

As a PC Technician III, you will be responsible for troubleshooting intermediate-level hardware and software. This position is full-time and hourly, located at Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, MS.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of personal computer repair and installations.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Able to obtain Gaming Permit as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and repair desktop systems.
• Add user workstations to the network and user applications to workstations.
• Troubleshoot client issues and monitor the help desk queue.
• Maintain all support of POS, printers, hardware, and assorted peripherals and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Perform intermediate-level hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Ensure the computer room is kept clean and orderly.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
