We are seeking a skilled PC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, desktop support, Mac support, and technical troubleshooting. As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and installing and configuring software applications. You will also assist with network connectivity issues, including VPN setup, and collaborate with the IT team to analyze and resolve technical problems. Maintaining accurate records of repairs and inventory will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
