The position involves configuring, troubleshooting, isolating, repairing, documenting, and resolving all customer desktop hardware and software technical issues. The role requires completing test activities with robust documentation through standardized validation plans and verification results. Additionally, it is essential to ensure that all products and software comply with government standards through formal verification methods. The candidate will also recommend hardware and software improvements to lower RMA rates and must possess knowledge of coding and/or scripting to ensure all software is up to date. Furthermore, the role includes creating and providing training materials and procedures for RMA repairs, along with other duties as assigned.
