Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing Active Directory accounts, supporting network servers, industrial printers, and performing break/fix repairs. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication abilities. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders up to 25 feet, and occasional stooping or crawling for network installations. Experience with Windows 10 and hardware inventory management is essential.
